Which countries can shop in our online store?
Our limit to which countries of the world we can sell depends mostly on the presence that our carriers (DHL, FedEx, TNT) have in those countries. Mainly we sell in Europe, North America, South America, The Middle East, Asia, and Oceania. for more information contact: info@porventura.pt
What is the freight cost?
Transport costs included in the prices are to be considered to the mainland only (Portugal). Outside mainland (Portugal) a freight charge of 5% is added to orders above 5000,00 euros, orders below this amount a freight charge is made by request. if the delivery is on an island or is in a place considered remote or with limited access, please, inform us before processing the order and this cost will be separately quoted.
I live in a non-EU country. Can I avoid paying Portuguese tax? Do I have to pay customs?
Unfortunately, we cannot remove the Portuguese VAT. You may claim the tax at your customs.
The item is out of stock at your online store, does this also apply to the shop in Lisbon?

Can I make a special order?
Yes, you can, but for orders with specific dimensions or different fabrics, pre-payment may be applied depending on the size of the order. All non-standard goods are subject to a cancelation fee of 20% of the RRP Ex.VAT price if production has already started.
