GENERAL SALES AND DELIVERY TERMS
DELIVERY & PRICES
Transport costs included in the prices are to be considered to mainland only. A freight charge of 5% are added to orders above 3000,00 Euros, orders below this amount will be added a minimum fee of 25 Euros, corresponding to delivery’s outside mainland.
Pallet fees: (if required, will be added before shipment)
1 pallet - 10 Euros
½ pallet - 8 Euros
¼ pallet - 6 Euros
If the delivery is in a Island or is in a place considered remote or with limited access, please, inform us before processing the order and this cost will be separately quoted. Please note that deliveries cannot be made on Saturdays, Sundays or bank holidays.
Time of production is of 4 to 9 weeks from receipt of order. Changes and cancelations are possible up to 2 days after the order receiving. If changes are made, a new delivery time will be given.
The freight cover standard delivery to a business address on weekdays is between 8am - 6pm. Special requirements on deliveries are subject to an extra charge and will be quoted individually.
COMPLAINT

Returned goods are only accepted according to prior agreement with Sales Support, who will issue the return order number that must accompany the shipment to our warehouse. Return goods must be received at our warehouse in original, unopened packaging without price labels. In case of crediting goods returned a deduction of 15% is made for the partial coverage of administrative costs. This does not apply for faulty goods returned to the warehouse. Receipt of goods returned without prior agreement will be rejected. Returned items may only be deducted from the invoice once a credit note has been issued. Returned goods should be shipped carriage paid to: PORVENTURA, Rua Prior do Crato, 1D, 1350-259 Lisbon, Portugal.
WARRANTY
PORVENTURA provides a two years warranty on standard products against defects in materials and workmanship. No guarantee is provided on customer’s own fabric.
SPECIAL ORDERS
For orders with specific dimensions or different fabrics, pre-payment terms may be applied depending on the size of the order. All non-standard (SPEC) products are subject to a cancellation fee. If production has started a fee of 20% of the RRP ex. VAT price will be charged.
PLEASE NOTE
We reserve the right to change construction and design without further notice. Since all products are also produced by hand, small differences in product dimension may occur.
